An interactive virtual story-telling workshop to align your leadership team
While leadership teams have been heads-down re-planning and re-prioritising given the current situation, your employees have been getting used to their new working arrangements. But now they’re waiting to hear from you on what’s next.
- How are your business priorities going to change?
- What is your business going to look like on the other side of this?
- What is it that you’ll need from everyone?
- Essentially, what’s your recovery story?
In partnership with Matt Davies, Brand & Culture Strategy Consultant, the Surgery is ready to navigate your leadership team through a tried and tested story-telling approach. We will help you to define your recovery story and align behind it, ready for you to clearly articulate it to your people.
