Roke asked us to develop a campaign to share the story of their exciting new vision and strategy with their employees.

We worked closely with the Roke MD to create the narrative of Decoding Roke’s Future. During this process we found that the MD had a strength for articulating the strategy using very descriptive phrases. We maximised this strength as part of the campaign. By creating bold visual statements that take a few seconds to ‘decode’, we were able to tap into the natural curiosity of Roke employees.

The campaign resonated extremely well and is still being talked about consistently many months after the initial launch.
