Penguin approached the Surgery to help develop a clear onboarding and induction process for new employees. As part of this project we also looked at the employees journey and what that should and should not include. Historically, in common with many businesses, new starts were not communicated with in a consistent and methodical manner. That all changed for Penguin as we developed an induction pack and clear communication process, as well as helping them write and develop all the content. Included within the journey was a notebook containing everything you need for your first day on job.
