Ignite leadership event

Working with Nestlé, we developed a leadership event to ignite a culture and thought change in the organisation primarily through driving leadership mindset change and an understanding of where they needed to get to.

Our aim was for the leadership team to leave the two-day event feeling confident to be agile, to work together, to innovate growth, to coach and support, to be courageous, to feel free to challenge and to lead by example.

The event was deliberately disruptive in a stand-up-and-take-notice way to inspire and alter mindsets and to give them the tools to drive that outlook and culture in their teams.
