We support the Metropolitan Police with a number of different internal communications activities to engage with their hard-to-reach and mainly remote audience.
Campaigns have focused on encouraging people to have their say through the employee engagement survey, asking people to take accountability for their own safety and that of their colleagues, and promoting health and wellbeing services.
Story-telling is a consistent part of the work that we do for the Met as it’s the authentic and real stories of their colleagues that encourages people to get involved, to take up what’s on offer and to share their own stories.
