employee engagement campaign
Disruption is one of the biggest drivers of customer and employee dissatisfaction. While much of it is outside of an airline’s control, there’s a lot they can do to minimise disruption before it happens and deal with it better when it does happen.
We developed a campaign to help easyJet employees understand the disruption challenge the airline was up against, what was being done to manage it better and what they could do to help.
Using an influencer group across the airline, we gave them the tools they needed to build trust and confidence across the airline in their plan to manage disruption better together.
